What happens if I don’t claim my prize in time?

All prize winners must claim their prizes within 30 days of being contacted.

❗ If you miss the deadline:

  • The prize will be forfeited.

  • It may be re-awarded to another participant or withheld at the discretion of MWOS and Fanzone.

🔔 How will I know I’ve won?

Winners are notified via the email and phone number used during registration.
Make sure your contact details in your Fanzone.co.zw account are up to date.
